Our commissions may be discussed and agreed through our official social media and communication channels, including Instagram, Discord, email, and other platforms used by XtremeCreations.

By placing an order, making a payment, or proceeding with a commission after being provided with these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Custom Commissions

Every commission is created specifically according to the client’s requirements.

The agreed commission may include details such as:

* Type of artwork

* Character or subject

* Style

* References

* Background

* Dimensions or format

* Animation requirements

* Number of revisions

* Delivery format

* Price

* Estimated completion timeframe

* Commercial-use requirements, where applicable

The details agreed between the client and XtremeCreations form the basis of the individual commission.

2. Payments

Payment confirms the client’s intention to proceed with the agreed commission.

Depending on the project, XtremeCreations may require full payment, a deposit, or milestone payments.

Payments must be made through an approved payment method provided by XtremeCreations.

Once payment has been received and production begins, time and resources are allocated specifically to the client’s project.

3. Production & Completion Time

We provide estimated completion times whenever reasonably possible.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed deadlines and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, revisions, client response time, artist availability, technical circumstances, or changes requested by the client.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

4. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a commission depends on the agreement or package purchased.

Revisions are intended to make reasonable adjustments to the agreed artwork.

A revision does not include completely changing the original concept, subject, composition, or requirements after production has begun.

Requests that substantially change the original commission may require an additional fee and/or an adjusted delivery timeframe.

5. Client Approvals

During production, XtremeCreations may provide sketches, drafts, previews, or progress updates for client review.

When a client approves a particular stage, that approval may be retained as part of the commission record.

Changes requested after a stage has been approved may be treated as additional revisions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate references, instructions, and feedback required to complete their commission.

Clients should review progress updates and communicate requested changes within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or delayed approvals may affect the estimated completion date.

7. Unresponsive or Abandoned Orders

If a client becomes unresponsive after production has begun, the commission may be placed on hold until the necessary information or approval is received.

If a client remains unavailable for an extended period despite reasonable attempts to contact them, the order may be considered abandoned.

In such circumstances, any refund will be determined according to the amount of work completed and the circumstances of the individual order.

8. Final Delivery

Completed digital artwork may be delivered through email, download link, cloud storage, Discord, or another agreed delivery method.

XtremeCreations may retain records showing when and how the completed work was delivered.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

9. Quality Concerns

We want every client to have a positive experience.

If a client believes that their commission does not substantially match the agreed requirements, they should contact XtremeCreations through an official communication channel and explain the specific concern.

We will review the circumstances and make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues.

Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include a correction, additional revision, re-delivery, partial refund, or full refund.

10. Communication & Order Records

Because commissions may be discussed and agreed through social media or messaging platforms, relevant communications may form part of the individual order record.

XtremeCreations may retain relevant records such as:

* Commission requirements

* References

* Payment confirmations

* Client approvals

* Progress updates

* Revision requests

* Correspondence

* Delivery records

* Relevant project files

These records may be used to verify the history and fulfillment of an order when reasonably necessary.

11. Payment Disputes

If a client has a concern regarding a payment or commission, we ask that they contact XtremeCreations first and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or similar claim is initiated, XtremeCreations may provide the applicable payment provider or financial institution with relevant transaction and commission records.

Such records may include payment confirmation, agreed requirements, client communications, approvals, progress records, revision history, and delivery confirmation.

The outcome of a payment dispute is ultimately determined by the applicable payment provider, financial institution, card network, or other dispute-resolution authority according to its applicable rules.

12. Payment Providers

XtremeCreations may accept payments through third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Stripe, Cash App, Venmo, or other approved services.

Each provider has its own terms, eligibility requirements, and dispute procedures.

Our Terms & Conditions do not replace or override the terms of the payment provider used for a transaction.

Where a provider requires or offers a business or goods-and-services payment option, clients and XtremeCreations should use the applicable authorized payment method.

13. Copyright & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for a commission does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial rights to the client.

The client receives the usage rights specifically agreed upon for the commission.

Unless commercial rights have been purchased or otherwise agreed in writing, commissioned artwork is intended for personal use.

The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced commercially, licensed, or used to generate commercial products without the appropriate rights or written permission.

14. Portfolio Rights

Unless confidentiality has been agreed upon before completion, XtremeCreations may display completed commissioned artwork in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, or other marketing channels.

Clients who require confidentiality should discuss this with us before or during the commission.

15. Client Conduct

We expect all communication with our team and artists to remain respectful and professional.

Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, impersonation, deliberate misinformation, or fraudulent activity may result in the termination of communication or cancellation of an order.

Where reasonably necessary, relevant records may be retained and provided to the applicable payment provider or appropriate authority.

16. Changes to These Terms

XtremeCreations may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to an individual commission will generally be the version communicated or made available to the client at the time of the order.

17. Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove, restrict, or waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

By proceeding with a commission, the client confirms that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
